Winemaking: Destalking, maceration and fermentation through indigenous yeasts in stainless vats for 14 days at 24°C, racking, short refining in concrete vats and in bottle.
Intense ruby red colour with purple gradation.
Intense aroma of ripe red fruit, menthol, sweet spices which give it complexity.
The taste opens slowly, velvet, round, rich and well-balanced. It’s a wine sapid, bodied and pleasant to drink as well.
