Harvest: second decade of August
Winemaking: Destemming, Cryomacerazione 12 hours, Soft pressing, Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at controlled temperature, aging sur lies 6 months before bottling.

Organic wine

Colour: Straw yellow color with reflections tending to golden.

Smell: It opens with a fine and clean fragrance expressing a good complexity typical of the variety in which citrus notes emerge, acacia honey and typical
floral scents, in the background emerge spicy aromas of white pepper and currant.

Taste: On the palate the fruity part maintains maturity and sweetness well supported by good flavor and acidity.
At the end of the tasting there are hydrocarbon notes destined to increase in intensity with the aging of the wine.
