Vineyards: located at 450 s.l.m in the hills in the center of Sicily, agro Caltanissetta, organically cultivated.
Land: Cru of 0.50 hectares where the grapes are selected and harvested by hand

Winemaking: After a long maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel winemakers, the wine ages in 25 hl barrels for 18 months and in the bottle for 12 months before entering the market.
Colour:An intense ruby red wine.
Smell: Varietal notes of fresh fruit, currant and cherry that blends perfectly with hints of black chocolate, leather and pepper.
Taste: The palate is fresh, dynamic, with velvety and silky tannins. The finish is long, persistent and soft, the result of a careful selection of the estate.
