Land: medium texture and average clay
Pruning system: Guyot
Grapes: Nero d’avola 100% manual harvest
Production: about 2 kg per plant
Harvest: first decade of August
Winemaking: the grapes harvested manually are pressed in whole clusters, followed by the static decantation of the must and subsequent partial fermentation of the must. The partially fermented wine is bottled to finish the natural fermentation in the bottle.

Vista: Pale pink

Smell: Fresh bouquet, fruity, with pomegranate and citrus notes.

Taste: Wine of great freshness, lively and pleasantly dynamic, the mouth supported by an excellent acidity, and flavor accentuate the drinkability, and ductility in gastronomic accompaniments.
