Vineyard: Vigna delle Rose, 480 meters above sea level.
Soil: Medium-textured clay.
Training system: Spur-pruned cordon.
Grapes: 100% Syrah, hand-harvested.
Yield: 2.5 kg per vine.
Harvest period: First ten days of September.
Vinification: Destemming and crushing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 14 days at a controlled temperature, racking, brief aging in cement tanks and then in bottle.

Appearance:
Intense ruby red color with violet highlights.
Aroma:
Characterized by an intense aroma of ripe red fruit, mentholated notes, and sweet spices that give it great complexity.
Taste:
The entry on the palate is soft, broad, and enveloping—rich and well-balanced. A savory wine with personality and a pleasant drinkability.
