Winemaking: Destalking, maceration and fermentation through indigenous yeasts in stainless vats for 20 days at 24°C, racking, refining 18 months in casks and 12 months in bottle.

It opens with fresh fruit, currant and cherry that blend perfectly with dark chocolate notes, leather and pepper.
The taste is fresh, dynamic with velvety and silky tannins. The final is long, lingering and smooth: the result of a careful manual grape selection.
